1. At installation patching the majority of files in the folder of a game it is replaced with copies. By default for many games directories which contain source files are created. 2. For recovery of the necessary files it is necessary to use the special Repair program which is as a part of a distribution kit of any product of the Blizzard company. But for its correct work it is necessary to prepare all files of a game. Copy them from folder C: Program FilesWorld of Warcraft in any other directory (it becomes just in case, for recovery).
3. Return to an original directory with a game, select all folders, except the Data directory. Pay attention that you need to delete folders, and files which go below directories it is not necessary to touch.
4. After that open the Data folder and delete from it 2 files: patch.MPQ and patch-2.MPQ. These files - nothing but recently installed patch. Then open the realmist.wtf file (is in folder C: Program FilesWorld of WarcraftData
uru) by means of any text editor also clean its contents. Enter the following offer: set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com. Do not forget to save the file when closing, having clicked "Yes" in the appeared dialog box.
5. With a game find in the main folder and double click according to the Repair.exe file. At emergence of the inscription Cannot connect to the server to start the file once again. In the opened Blizzard Repair window give marks opposite to the available points 3 ticks and click Reset and Check files. After emergence of the inscription Blizzard Repair has successfully repaired World of Warcraft close a utility window.
6. Now start a game and check its version. If desired it is possible to install another over this version.
