Instruction
1. Enter the mailbox, and open service for creation of the new letter. Find in it the column which is responsible for saving the copy in the Sent folder. It can carry the different name: "Save in Sent", "Save the copy", etc. Install a tick on this column if it was not activated automatically. Thus, after sending to the recipient the copy of your message will be stored in your mailbox in the corresponding folder. The lack of the letter in "Sent" means that the message was not delivered. If when writing the letter the tick is not necessary, then it means that in settings of a mailbox the function of automatic saving the copy of the letter is not installed. Respectively, that outgoing messages were saved in the corresponding folder, it is necessary to change settings of a mailbox.
2. Copy the text of the letter in the text editor and save it on the computer. In this case, you will be able to have access to the history of correspondence without Internet connection. Such way is good when the message archive is necessary for internal control of conducting correspondence.
3. Create a letter screenshot even until its sending. This way will allow to prove the fact of sending of the message in case of a disputable situation with the recipient. For this purpose, type completely the text of the message. After that click the PrtSc SysRq key on the computer keyboard. Open the standard Paint graphics editor and click Ctrl+V key shortcut. In the field of the graphics editor the copy of a desktop in the form of the image will appear. After that return to the field of creation of the message and press the Send button. After that the page of result of sending should be loaded. If service of a mailbox informs you that the letter is sent to the addressee, then make a screenshot and this page. These two images will serve as incontestable proofs that you sent the letter and the mail service is responsible for delivery of the message.
