Instruction
1. Begin creation of the new project in the Teleport Pro program. For this purpose in the main menu of the application consistently select the File and New Project Wizard items. The first page of the master of creation of new projects will open.
2. Following instructions of the master, set key parameters of a configuration of the created project. On the first page of the master select the option Duplicate a website, including directory structure if it is necessary to save the website with playback of the virtual structure of its directories on the server constructed on the basis of structure of URL of the loaded documents. Select the option Create a browsable copy of a website on my hard drive if the structure of directories is not important.
On the second page set parameters of a round of the target website. In the Starting Address text box enter a document address which will be a starting point of a round when saving the website. In the field of Up to set depth of viewing the website, i.e. the maximum quantity of link navigations which the program from the starting document can make.
Select types of contents which should be saved from the website on a local disk on the third page of the master. Activate the option Just text if it is necessary to save only html (without images and other multimedia contents). Select Text ant graphics if you want to save graphics in addition to the text. For saving the text, images and sound files, select Text, graphics, ant sound. The choice of the option Everything will allow to receive the full copy of the website (any contents will be saved). If access to the website requires authorization, enter credentials in the Account and Password fields.
On the fourth page click "Is ready". The window of the master will be closed. Data on the project will appear in a main window of the application.
3. Save the file of the project. After closing of the master of creation of projects the dialog box of saving the file will automatically be displayed. Pass in it to the directory in which the design file will be saved. Enter a file name. Click "Save".
4. Begin saving the website. Consistently select the Project and Start items in the main menu.
5. Wait for the end of saving the website. Statistical information concerning loading process of data will be displayed in a status bar for the application.
6. Find the saved copy of the website. Use the file manager or the conductor of Windows. Pass into the directory where the file of the project is located. Pass into the subdirectory having the same name, as well as the file of the project.
7. Make sure of the fact of correct saving the website. Pass into the subdirectory with the name corresponding to a name of the domain of the saved website. Open the index file in the browser. Make several transitions between pages of the local copy of a resource.
