Instruction
1. To send the specific letter, it is necessary to open the letter which is required to be sent. Press the Send button - enter the e-mail address on which you want to send the letter. It is also possible to add comments. If at the letter there are files, then it is possible to cancel their sending, having removed a checkbox opposite to an icon of the attached file.
2. Click "Send".
3. To send the whole chain of letters, it is necessary to open a chain of letters.
4. Press the Send Everything button.
5. If you send all chain of letters, then all letters entering it automatically integrate in one letter.
6. To send the picture which was in the letter use the Expanded Formatting tool. Press the Write the Letter button - then "Expanded formatting".
7. After inclusion of this setup, it is necessary to open the letter.
8. Press the Send button - then the Send button.
9. Also in a mail service of Gmail there is an opportunity to automatically send any incoming message on other e-mail address.
10. For inclusion of this mode press the Setup button. In the opened window go to the Transfer and POP/IMAP tab.
11. In the Transfer menu select "Add the new e-mail address".
12. Enter mail address to which it will be required to send all messages.
13. The message about inclusion of this function on your box will be sent to the specified address.
14. Open the specified address - find the message with request from the Gmail command. Follow the link.
15. In a window of the Gmail mail install a mark opposite to the Send Copies of Incoming Letters to the Address point - select the address for transfer.
16. Click "Save Changes".
