2. If the size of the presentation exceeds the maximum size for sending, use possibilities of file exchangers. Archive the presentation, having set the password on In the addition tab. One of the most convenient file hosting services is Ifolder. Pass to its homepage then press the Browse button. Select archive with the file and click on OK. Further press the Load button. Wait for the end of loading of the file then set one more password in case of need. Copy the link for downloading of archive, then insert it into the text of the letter and send to the addressee.
3. You can also use possibilities of Office for compression of the materials used in the presentation and the subsequent sending. It will allow to reduce the presentation size and also to simplify its sending and viewing. Start the presentation then click the File tab, further "Data" and in the section "Size of Media Files and Performance" press the Compress Media Files button. Select the quality, necessary for you, from three options – "quality of the presentation", "quality for the Internet" and "poor quality" in which "poor quality" will provide the best compression ratio. After that click the File menu, further "Save and send", and after that – "Send by e-mail". Before you there will be a new letter created by means of the e-mail client installed on your computer.
