To simplify work with e-mail, users use email clients. These utilities are especially convenient when several mailboxes are got. Checking new letters in the browser, it is necessary to open every time the e-mail server. Save time, set mail by default.

Instruction
1. How to configure all e-mail by default? Email clients allow to collect and store mail from all mailboxes at the same time. Email clients, for a start, study a set the protozoa who are built in Microsoft Windows. The Microsoft Office software package includes the Outlook Office utility.
2. So, start this email client on the computer. Select the Start menu, further "All programs", find a line "Windows Mail". Create the new account, select the Accounts item. The window in which select the Add button will open. Further the window where it is necessary to select type of new record will appear, press "Email account". Then you enter a name which will be displayed in all, the sent letters, click "Further". In the following window enter the e-mail address, press "Further".
3. Treat the following settings with all attentiveness. Configure reception and sending mail correctly. Enter names of servers which should correspond to parameters of the entering and outgoing mail.
For the server of incoming messages specify pop3.mail.ru (if your mailbox is registered on mail.ru), add the same data to smtp to the server. By the same principle add the name of any other mailboxes. Put a checkbox on the Authentication point, press Next.
4. In the following window enter a name of a mailbox and the password, put the Remember the Password checkbox, so you should not enter it at each opening of the program, press "Further". The following window with settings assumes setup of default arguments. If you do not want the program, every time to load all letters from the server, note point the corresponding checkbox. Do not spend excess traffic if there is a lot of letters in your box, configure the program on obtaining only new letters. Pay attention to setup of parameters of the program.
5. Select the General tab, install the most convenient for yourself settings. For example, review frequency of new messages, an output of sound signals when obtaining messages. In the Sending tab configure a format of your messages - HTML, or the literal text. The Reading tab allows to define settings for the read messages, note automatic parameters. The Remote Communication tab allows to configure connection with the Internet.
