Every day a great number of users of personal computers use any software. When the program becomes outdated, the developer writes the new version of the program or a patch (update). If the program is minimum by the number of functions, then it is the simplest to release the new version which is compiled small amount of time. Otherwise the patch is issued.

1. Actually start of a patch is possible. There is no big knowledge in this case. But the majority of the mistakes made by those who use these patches consists in negligent attitude to the installed software. The instruction, as a rule, is attached to each patch - it is the text file which more often is called readme.txt. 2. In this file the sequence of actions at start and installation of this patch is specified. Generally it is the step-by-step system of work with this patch. One of the most important conditions is unloading from memory of the program for which "patch" will be installed. It means that it will be required not only to close the program, but also to unload from memory. Some programs remain in memory when using the Close the Program command. It can be explained with the fact that in properties of the program the When Closing the Program to Contract into a Tray point can be activated. Sometimes the program is long unloaded from memory. In such cases it is possible to use "Task manager": click the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift +Esc – pass to the Processes tab - find process of your program – right-click on it – the Complete Process point.
3. Most often it is necessary for the correct installation of a patch that also other programs, in particular the browser were closed. For start of a patch use "Conductor" or other file manager. Start a patch double left click. Follow all instructions which appear in a window of notifications of a patch.
4. After completion of installation your browser with the home page of the website of the company whose patch you installed will automatically open.
