In certain cases when performing operation of copying or movement of files it is necessary to make canceling of actions, i.e. to stop data reception. It is possible to perform this operation irrespective of the used file manager.
Instruction
1. Among the presented file managers by default in the operating system "Windows Conductor" is used. With its help it is possible to carry out not only standard operations (copying and moving to a clipboard), but also expanded, for example, canceling of already started operations.
2. Copying is carried out by clicking of the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C or Ctrl+Insert. An object insert from a clipboard — Ctrl+V or Shift+Insert. After clicking of one of these combinations on the screen the window in which it is possible to monitor the course of the current operation appears in addition.
3. To cancel the current action, it is necessary to click "Canceling" in an open dialog box or to key Escape. If after clicking of this key nothing occurred, therefore, focus was not at this window. Transfer focus to a window the left mouse button or by means of the Alt+Tab keys. Also for canceling it is possible to click on a cross in the upper right corner.
4. In certain cases it is impossible to carry out this task by the listed above methods — process of use of a clipboard hangs up. In this case it is necessary to cause a task manager and to unload process which does not answer. In the opened window on the General tab right-click at line with the conductor of Windows and in a context menu select the Pass to Processes item.
5. Focus will be on the selected line. Open repeatedly context menu and select the Complete Process item. After this action you can repeat operations with a clipboard (copying, movement, removal) again.
6. If you accidentally deleted the necessary file or the folder, it is necessary to open a system folder "Basket" and to restore its contents. The label of this directory usually is on a desktop. At its absence, recovery can be executed through properties of a desktop.
