Email (e-mail, from the English electronic mail – e-mail) – represents a system which provides services in receiving and departure of electronic messages, so-called e-mails. But, in addition to reception-transmission of text letters, on means of the e-mail system it is possible to transfer any other types of files, that is both a photo, and video, and audio. Instruction
1. Become authorized in the e-mail system, that is visit the website mail.ru and enter the login and the password. Thus, you will enter the mailbox.
2. On a top panel the Mail tab (as a rule, this choice to be made automatically) should be selected, slightly lower select the Write tab.
3. As soon as you make it, you will open a window under the name "New Letter".
4. If you want to transfer the small text file, then it can quite be placed in the field for the letter and to send to the recipient.
5. If the text file of the big size or its design cannot be changed, then use the Attach the File key which to be between the field for the text of the letter and the Subject field.
6. Guide the cursor at this key and click the left mouse button.
7. In the opened new window all files which are stored on your computer will be displayed, select necessary to you, left click (the name of the file selected by you will be displayed in the field "File name" which is located in the bottom of this window).
8. Then click the Open key which to be below, on the right side of this window.
9. All the file is added.
10. If you need to attach several files, then repeat this procedure several times (for once through the e-mail system it is possible to send no more 20mbt).
11. After all files necessary for you are attached, enter the e-mail address of the recipient and key "Send". If necessary fill the field for the letter if any explanations and the Subject field are necessary.
12. Also files of any other formats are in the same way added.
13. If you want to transfer files, the general the size of which exceeds 20mbt, then they can be broken into several letters or to archive initially (that is to place in one folder of which then to make archive).
