When there is a need to send any file by e-mail, problems with it do not arise. Difficulties can appear if it is required to transfer several documents in the folder at the same time.

Instruction
1. The first what it is necessary to make to transfer the folder with files by e-mail – to archive it. For this purpose download the special WinRAR program. As a rule, it free also does not require any additional actions at installation. So, for example, in case of a pop-up window with a request to enter mobile phone number, it is better not to do it as you for certain load a virus on the computer.
2. Having installed the program, collect all necessary files which are required to be sent, in one folder. If all documents necessary to you are chaotically located on a desktop, it is not really convenient to repeat the procedure several times. For a solution clamp the Ctrl key and consistently select all files necessary for you.
3. After performing above-mentioned actions start archiving of the folder. For this purpose select it and right-click. Further in the appeared list select the option "Archive". This function has an icon of three books. After performing these actions the window with parameters will open. Click a format necessary for you: RAR or ZIP. For completion of the procedure of archiving of the folder use the option "OK".
4. After completion of above-mentioned actions on a desktop of the computer there has to be a folder formatted by you. In case of its activation you will see the files integrated among themselves in the archived view.
5. Now it is necessary to send the folder. Log in to the account in a mail service and select the Write the Letter function. Fill lines: address and subject. Click "Attach the file" and find the folder archived with you on a desktop. Now it is necessary to wait a little in order that it was loaded. If necessary write to the addressee the message in the field which is specially intended for this purpose. Activate the Send function.
