1. It is the simplest to turn off the mailing sent to your mailbox from official services. 2. If a source of mailing is not the official mail service, and well proved portal (according to the user feedback) or the news website, then in that case it is possible to turn off mailing too. It is enough to open any letter which came to your mail by means of mailing and then to look for at the very bottom of the letter an inscription it seems "unsubscribe". It is necessary to click an inscription and it is possible, to confirm that you unsubscribe the website.
3. Sometimes, unfortunately, in the bottom of the letter there is no inscription "unsubscribe". But if you know a mailing source, then it is possible to try to make the following: if you are registered on the website, then come into the profile, and there should be an option "unsubscribe".
