How to use e-mail

E-mail gives a set of opportunities for companionship, the solution of the different problems connected with business and negotiations. Transfer rate and obtaining messages gives huge advantages in need of transfer of urgent information on long distances. Undoubtedly, for expeditious data transmission e-mail left far ahead, having left telegraph and a regular mail in the past.

It is required to you

  • - Computer with Internet connection;
  • - program browser.

Instruction

1. Start the program browser, pass to the website of your mail system. Become authorized in a system: enter the login and the password. The system will move you to the Entering folder. In this folder there are all arrived messages. Unread messages are highlighted in bold type. Messages of the increased importance are noted by the red exclamation mark. Messages in which there are attachments (the attached files), are noted by the sign of a paper clip. You can download attachment, without coming into the letter, having clicked a paper clip icon. To work with incoming mail, click a letter subject. In the top part of the letter the source address, further - a subject and directly text of the letter will be specified.

2. Possibilities of e-mail allow to send this letter to anotherof to the addressee, having pressed the corresponding button. If the file is attached to the letter, the reference to it will be placed after the text. You can download attachment, having clicked the link to it and having right-clicked. Choose the Save an Object as command and specify the place on the computer. Also you can respond to the message, having pressed the corresponding button.

3. Create the new message, having clicked on the link "Write the Letter" or "Create the Message". Fill the field to "Whom", enter a message destination address Latin letters without spaces there. In the field "Copy" and "Hidden Copy" specify additional message recipients if it is necessary. It is convenient to use e-mail in case of mailing of one message to several addressees. Fill the Subject field that the recipient knew about what he will there be a speech in the letter. Write the text of the message, possibilities of e-mail allow to format its standard commands (outline, font size, placement and text color).

4. If it is necessary to send the file, click "Attach the File", select it from the computer and click "Open". Wait for loading of the file. On many mail systems there are restrictions on the size of the transferred files therefore, for example, it is better for photo to fill in on appropriate resources and to send only the link to an album. When all fields are filled, click "Send".
