Every time when you turn on the computer, you see the Greeting window. But over time this inscription bothers and there is a wish for something brand new. Then there is a question how to change this greeting to another? It is possible to make it very quickly.
It is required to you
- - computer;
- - Resource Hacker program;
- - Restorator 2007 program.
Instruction
1. For change of "Greeting" the Resource Hacker program is necessary. Download its on the Internet from the website soft.softodrom.ru. Further install on the computer and start. On the screen you will see a working window of the utility. Open the file by means of the section File where pass into Open. Find Windows in the opened folder and select system32 and enter logonui.exe. Further pass to an icon which has an appearance of a gear and carries the name "1049". Now you can change "Greeting" to what is pleasant to you. Quotes should be saved.
2. Besides, it is possible to change if desired and a font. After there was a replacement, press the button which is located over the Compile Script field. Then again come into File only now select Save As. Thus, the file will be saved under the name logonui.exe. Take your created file and copy it in system32 and one more copy in dllcashe (come through the Windows folder, and then system32). If there are any offers on recovery, safely refuse. Reboot your computer.
3. You can use the Restorator 2007 program. Download also from the website soft.softodrom.ru and start it on the computer. At the left you will see the list of file and folders. Come into local disk "C" and find the Windows folder. Open it and find system32. In the same place the logonui.exe file is located. It should be opened in the Restorator 2007 program. Copy the logonui.exe file in the myui.exe file. So the copy will turn out.
4. Remember that the myui.exe file should be located in system32 folder. Open this file in the Restorator 2007 program. It is possible to change the inscription "Greeting" by means of the String Table resource. In the beginning you will see the word "Greeting". You can put the portrait instead of a word. Open UIFILE => 1000. There delete the maintenance of lines 911 and 912 and insert the inscription or a photo.
