1. To write the letter, come into the mailbox and choose the Write the Letter command. In different mail systems and programs this command can look as "Write the message" or "The new message". This command needs to be used if you are an initiator of communication. If you need to write e-mail in reply to someone, come into this message and click "Answer". Then the destination address will be substituted automatically, and the Re prefix will be added to a subject.

2. Surely fill the field to "whom". In this field enter a destination address to which you are going to write the letter. Be attentive - in the e-mail addresses only Latin letters and digits, without spaces are used. You can specify several recipients, having listed their addresses through a comma. If the destination address already is in your address book, enter its first letters, and a system itself will prompt you the necessary address.

3. Fill the copy field if you need to create the e-mail to several addressees. If you need to hide sending to several people at once, enter the additional addresses in the field "hidden copy".

4. Write a letter subject in the respective field. This field is optional to filling, but nevertheless it is better to specify a subject that the recipient knew what it is in the letter about and accidentally did not delete it, having taken for spam. In the following field write the text of your letter. Do not forget to greet - though it and electronic correspondence, nobody cancelled elementary rules of politeness.

5. Attach the file to the message if it is necessary, having selected it by means of the Browse button. You can write to create the e-mail and to attach to it at once several files, but in the systems of e-mail there are restrictions on file size. In that case it is better to archive files. Check whether you specified everything in the e-mail and click "Send".
