The reasons for parting with the Opera browser can be various: prevents work of other applications, does not arrange with the functionality or just bothered. The procedure of removal of this program is almost identical to other applications, but there are couple of "reefs".
Instruction
1. Make sure that the Opera browser is closed. Open the menu of installation and removal of programs. If your Windows XP operating system, click "Start-up"-> "Control panel"-> "Installation and removal of programs". If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7, click "Start-up"-> "Control panel". If the control panel is presented in the classical form, click on "Programs and components" if in the form of categories – "Removal of the Program". There will be a list of the applications installed on the computer in alphabetical order.
2. If you have Windows XP, click the Opera program in this list. Nearby there will be a Delete or Delete/replace button. Click it to begin uninstallation process. If you have Windows 7 or Vista, you can not look for manually the Opera browser in this list, and use the search string which is in the window upper right corner. To begin uninstallation process, click the name with the right mouse button and click "Delete" or just make on it doubleclick the left button. The new window in which the system will ask you whether really you are sure that you want to delete Opera will appear.
3. Pay attention to the Delete User Data point. If to check near it, active the button will become "more detailed". If to click it, there will be a list of data of the program which you can at desire delete. Among them there is a cache, kukis, settings, bookmarks, passwords and so forth. Remove ticks from those which you do not want to delete. Having dealt with these settings, click "Back", and then "Delete".
4. After completion of uninstallation the page with poll in other browser will automatically open (by default – Internet Explorer). The purpose of this poll is to learn the reason for which you deleted the Opera browser. You can ignore it, having just closed the browser.
