Each of server groups has own specifics of action and also comprises subgroups of the servers having narrower purpose. 2. Notice that the most capacious among all groups is the group of authorative DNS servers. The feature of this server group is that they service any zone. In each group of authorative DNS servers there is, at least, one primary server. Such element of group is capable to make changes to these zones therefore it is called still the master server. In addition to primary server, in a zone the unlimited number of secondary servers which have no sufficient rights for modification of any these zones can be located. Their work is based on obtaining messages about any changes from the master server.

The principle of work given systems is connected with service of the requests coming from clients and interaction with higher DNS servers. 5. Ponder also upon an operation principle of the registering DNS server. It accepts dynamic updates from clients. The similar server, today, can be combined with the DHCP server. Also it can work in the mode of the registering DNS server, accepting from users of this domain information on compliance, say, of a name and the IP address of the computer, updating, thus, these zones of the domain.
