Powder of carbonic acid is traditionally used in fire extinguishers for suppression of the equipment connected to the electric power.
Much attention is paid to climate control. In operating time the hard drives and servers generate heat which is removed by means of air conditioning systems and ventilation. In the summer at night the cool filtered street air is used, in the winter frosty air mixes up with warm internal.

Data centers work at a commercial basis. They lease places in network storages or on hard drives. If desired it is possible to lease the whole server, the space in a rack for own server or to rent boxing. In the latter case to the cost of rent the electric power value is added (with a small margin).
Recently gained popularity such service as rent of a part of the software. Data centers buy license programs, install them on the servers and lease parts. One more popular service – rent of the virtual server, that is a certain share of a resource of the server.
