Despite widespread opinion that the provider is guilty of low-quality work of the Internet many users create a similar problem. It is caused by a large number of factors.

1. The computer can cause rather often slow progruzka of web pages. Rather old, so – weak computers are incapable to process a large number of operations. Sometimes the weak processor and the built-in video card are simply not capable to process quickly arriving information. Because of it the feeling is created that you work with a low-quality Internet channel.
2. Most often similar decelerations of connection arises because of abundance of unnecessary background processes. This factor also influences the overall performance of the computer. A certain program group in installation process integrates files into the menu of automatic loading. It leads to the fact that many of them are started at turning on of the computer. If these programs use connection with the Internet for performing different operations, then it can significantly fill the general canal.
3. This problem is usually solved by cleaning of the menu of automatic loading. Make the msconfig command in the Execute menu, pass to the Automatic loading tab and remove a tick from not used constantly utilities.
4. Even those programs which the user constantly uses are capable "litter" an Internet channel. Different download managers, for example uTorrent belong to such applications. Disconnect them when you want to provide high access rate to network.
5. The poor quality of the used equipment can affect connection speed with the Internet. Many connect several computers and laptops to rather weak models of routers. Naturally, it leads to the fact that the channel shares between the specified devices. If the router does not cope with loading, then in network there can be certain delays with data transmission.
6. Naturally, problems can be caused also by failure in operation of the equipment of provider, it is in that case better to contact technical support of a certain firm.
