Fry the received mix on olive oil until ready from two parties.7. Useful salad. Cut carrots, spinach and apples with small pieces. Add low-calorie yogurt or fat-free sour cream and mix. 8. Cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole. Grate 500 grams of pumpkin and slightly extinguish on water for softness. Drain water through a colander. Shake up 500 grams of cottage cheese with 1 yolk. Separately beat 3 egg whites. Connect everything together, shake up, add medical and pour out on a baking tray. Bake about half an hour.9. Vegetable soup. Put the potato cut in cubes, carrots, cabbage and onions in the boiling water. When cabbage is ready (soft), add a canned peas to soup. Boil a couple of minutes.
