It is required to you

  • - kilogram of flour;
  • - 600 ml of water;
  • - 25 ml of olive oil;
  • - yeast (5 g);
  • - salt;
  • - 70 ml of a cheese sauce;
  • - 20 ml of ketchup or tomato sauce;
  • - 80 g of Mozzarella cheese;
  • - 45 g of Aziago cheese;
  • - 45 g of Taledzhio cheese;
  • - 45 g of Gorgonzola cheese;
  • - 45 g of Brie cheese;
  • - pear;
  • - walnuts;
  • - cherry tomatoes;
  • - olives;
  • - arugula.

Instruction

1. To add 600 ml of water, one kilogram of flour, a little olive oil, a pinch of salt to a deep bowl and to mix carefully dough. Divide dough into equal proportions, approximately on two hundred grams, cover with a bowl or a towel and to leave dough aside ""have a rest"" for three-four hours.

2. To thinly roll dough and to put in an oven for two-three minutes. Then to grease pizza cheese and tomato with sauces, to lay out on all surface an even layer Mozzarella cheese. Cut other cheeses small into cubes. To visually divide pizza into four equal parts and to lay out each type of cheese not on all pizza, and separately, everyone on the part.

3. Put pizza in the oven heated to 180 °C for 10-12 minutes. Decorate from above pizza with olives, cherry tomatoes, pear pieces, walnuts, arugula and greens.
