Instruction

1. Now practically in any shop it is possible to buy ready tartlets, but also it is possible to make them independently. For this purpose it is necessary to knead shortcake dough. It becomes so: in milk (50 гр.) salt, sugar, flour is dissolved (100 гр.), the yolk is also stirred before receiving homogeneous mass. Then margarine is driven in into dough (50 гр.) and the remained flour (100 гр.). Dough rolls out in layer up to 3 mm thick from which circles are cut out. They give all the best in the oiled molds and are baked in an oven at 180-200 degrees before receiving a golden crust.

2. Tartlets with mushrooms and cheese. We mix polished cheese, mayonnaise and garlic. We add small cut onions, mushrooms (for example, the marinated or fried champignons), boiled grated carrots and a black pepper. We fill tartlets with the received structure and we decorate with greens.

3. Tartlets with shrimps. Small we cut eggs and we mix them with shrimps, olives and mayonnaise. We fill tartlets with salad. We decorate with olives and greens.

4. Tartlets with a chicken and olives stuffing. We pass chicken via the meat grinder, we add to it the pounded tofu, sour cream, nutmeg, small chopped meat of squids and greens of parsley.
