It is required to you

  • - squash – 5 kg;
  • - garlic – 200 g;
  • - sweet paprika – 1 kg;
  • - bitter pepper – 500 g;
  • - carrots – 1 kg;
  • - apples – 1 kg;
  • - vegetable oil – 0.5 l;
  • - vinegar of 6% - 5 tablespoons;
  • - greens (fennel and parsley) – 3 bunches;
  • - sugar – 150 g;
  • - salt – 100 g.

Instruction

1. Clean a paprika and garlic and miss them via the meat grinder.

2. Wash squash and also miss them via the meat grinder that adjika turned out uniform in consistence, two times are the best of all to pass squash.

3. Scroll bitter pepper in the meat grinder. Grate carrots and apples and together with bitter pepper add to the main vegetable weight.

4. Add small cut greens to vegetables, season with vinegar and oil. You cook adjika within 1.5 hours until weight becomes dense.

5. Spread out hot adjika in in advance sterilized banks and add to each can on 1 teaspoon of vinegar on 0.5 liters of volume. Roll up banks, turn and cover with a blanket. From the quantity of products specified in the recipe at you 12-13 cans of 0.5 liters have to turn out.
