Physicians and nutritionists claim that the breakfast is the integral component of the beginning of day. Why the person shouldn't refuse morning meal?

During the night, food and water doesn't come to an organism, and it means that its power stocks are exhausted. Therefore the breakfast is a great way of restoration of energy. It invigorates, improves activity of a brain, working capacity, concentration of attention, mood and vitality. 

Some people refuse morning meal because of desire to lose weight, but such approach is capable to aggravate a problem only. At people who have regularly breakfast the metabolism occurs quicker in comparison with those who neglect a morning meal. 

In a night the glucose level which helps to restore the correct breakfast falls. But if morning feed is absent, then attacks of uncontrollable appetite which lead to overeating are during the day possible. Having breakfast, the human body doesn't test long breaks between meals and doesn't lay fat in store in case of hunger.

The breakfast also promotes reduction of risk of development of cholelithiasis as during long breaks between meals bile stands in a gall bladder.

Correct breakfast

Nutritionists recommend to begin day with food, protein-rich, with cellulose and carbohydrates. The breakfast has to be various, nutritive, but not heavy. Cheese, eggs, fruit and vegetables, whole-grain bread, grain, yogurt or kefir will be ideal. From these products it is possible to prepare a large number of dishes. Porridges are especially useful in the mornings. It is better to cook them on skim milk without sugar. And here it is better to refuse pastries, sweeties, smoked products and other junk food.
