- egg – 1 piece;

- cinnamon – to taste.

From grain, milk, egg and sugar to knead dough. Rub, sprinkle apples juice of a lemon and add to mix. There to put the washed-out raisin and cinnamon. Lay out dough on a baking tray and bake in an oven of 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 °C.

Ready apple pie can be decorated with fruit. It is served for breakfast, it can become a light dinner, it with pleasure will be eaten by children. Cake layers can become a basis, instead of a biscuit, for dietary cake.
