It is required to you

  • - cottage cheese of 9% - 400 g,
  • - egg – 4 pieces,
  • - sugar – 250 g,
  • - raisin – 100 g,
  • - orange – 1 piece;
  • - semolina – 3 tablespoons;
  • - milk – 100 ml,
  • - buckwheat flour – 2 tablespoons,
  • - candied fruits – 100 g,
  • - sour cream – 100 g,
  • - icing sugar – 70 g.
  • Caloric content: AVERAGE

Instruction

1. We begin preparation of casserole with preparation of ingredients for the test. To give lightness to cottage cheese casserole, it is worth separating the yolks from the whites. Separately we beat whites and a half sugar until weight increases twice. We shake up yolks with the second half of sugar till white color.

2. Raisin is filled in with juice of one orange completely to disclose taste of the sukhofrukt and to give it a light citrus note.

3. We fill in semolina for two minutes with hot milk – we trouble.

4. At first we add the shaken-up yolks to cottage cheese and we mix, then steamed semolina and buckwheat flour is again carefully stirred. We add candied fruits and raisin to cottage cheese, previously having merged orange juice. We mix curds so that raisin and candied fruits were evenly distributed according to the test.

5. At the latest moment we add protein whips. We implicate them carefully by means of a scapula or a spoon not to damage their gentle and magnificent texture.

6. We grease a ceramic form with a desi. We distribute dough in a form and we put to be baked in the oven which is in advance warmed up to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. We leave ready casserole for 15 minutes in an oven with an open door. In this case our casserole won't fall down and will remain magnificent.

7. We decorate toasted cottage cheese casserole with icing sugar and we give with sour cream.
