  • - 360 g of sugar;
  • - 160 g of citrus candied fruits;
  • - 115 g of a desi;
  • - 100 ml of jam from a feijoa;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - salt, baking powder, soda, vanillin.
  • For cream:
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 120 ml of water;
  • - 2 egg whites;
  • - 2 h spoon of lemon juice;
  • - salt pinch.

Instruction

1. Mix a desi with sugar, eggs, jam by means of the mixer. Sift in weight flour with salt and baking powder for the test. Pour in buttermilk, mix the mixer on low turns. The dough on consistences reminding dense sour cream has to turn out.
