It is difficult to imagine beer on a holiday table. But it is possible to make fragrant cocktails which will be precisely appropriate on any feast on the basis of beer! Cocktails with beer turn out strongly alcoholic so it isn't recommended to go to far in their use even on holidays.

Warming cocktail Structure:

- 400 ml of light beer; - 40 ml of bitters; - 10 ml of rum;

- 2 eggs; - salt. Shake up eggs in foam. Warm up light beer, mix with tincture. Warm up glasses for cocktails, pour in them a frothed eggs, then beer with tincture. Add rum, salt from above.

Pepper cocktail Structure: - 400 ml of a dark beer; - 100 ml of rum; - 10 g of ground coffee; - 4 slices of a lemon; - pepper, salt. Mix rum with beer, add pepper and salt to taste. Pour drink on the cooled glasses. Serve cocktail with the lemon slices which are spread out on a dish, and strewed with ground coffee. Spicy Aroma cocktail Structure: - 1 l of any beer; - 200 ml of rum; - 100 g of granulated sugar; - 4 eggs; - it is a little cinnamon; - salt. Mix sugar with beer, add cinnamon and salt. Warm up mix a little, sugar won't be dissolved yet. Separately shake up eggs, add to them rum, pour out this weight to beer. Cool cocktail, shake up, pour on glasses, give at once.
