One of the most tasty dishes on the Easter table - of course an Easter cake. And the almond Easter cake will be pleasant to all fans of nutlets.

- 1 kilograms of flour, 0.5 liters of milk, 70 grams of yeast, 5 eggs, 200 grams of granulated sugar, 300 grams of a desi, 200 grams of a nibbled almond, dried peel of 1 lemon, 150 grams of raisin, 2 teaspoons of salt.
Instruction
1. Part yeast in a small amount of warm milk with addition of a spoon of sugar.
2. Pour flour and the divorced yeast into the remained warm milk. Cover a saucepan with a towel and leave to wander.
3. Shake up 4 yolks with the remained sugar. Grate lemon zest. Crush kernels of almonds.
4. Add the shaken-up yolks, a dried peel, the kindled desi, a half of almonds, raisin, salt to the risen dough. Mix.
5. Beat whites of 5 eggs and carefully mix with dough. Shift dough in a form and leave on half of hour.
6. Grease an Easter cake surface with a yolk, strew with almonds and bake until ready.
