In this recipe apples with cinnamon keep within on a form bottom, from above fall down short dough. Soda, eggs and baking powder isn't necessary. It is very simple to make such apple casserole-krisp.

It is required to you

  • For eight portions:
  • - 1.5 kg of sour apples;
  • - 1 glass not of fast oat-flakes;
  • - 1/2 glasses of usual sugar;
  • - 3/4 glasses of flour + 2 tablespoons in apples;
  • - 3/3 glasses of a refiner syrup;
  • - 3/4 glasses of nuts;
  • - 100 g of cold oil;
  • - 2 h spoon of cinnamon.


1. Wash out 1.5 kg of sour apples, remove from them cores, cut with thin segments. Mix apples with sugar, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of flour. Lay out weight in a fire-resistant form, level the first layer of casserole.

2. Separately mix oat-flakes with a refiner syrup, pieces of a desi and flour. It isn't necessary to take quickly made oat-flakes for this recipe. It is better not to change a refiner syrup for usual as it will give to casserole pleasant caramel aroma.

3. Pound gerkulesovy mix fingers until pieces of a desi are dissolved, add ground nuts (you can take any nuts on the discretion). Distribute the turned-out mix evenly over apples. Put a form in an oven.

4. Cook apple casserole of 45-60 minutes at a temperature in an oven of 180 degrees. You watch for readiness of casserole - apples have to become soft, and a top of a dish golden-brown.
