Apple elder

The elder is a tasty and gentle dessert which thaws in language. You shouldn't confuse this dessert with the known sambuky – the Italian liqueur. The elder is preparing without alcohol addition therefore it can be given to children safely. The main component – fresh fruit.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of apples;
  • - 50 g of granulated sugar;
  • - 2 proteins;
  • - 10 g of gelatin.

Instruction

1. It is necessary to prepare all products. It is the best of all to take a sour grade of apples.

2. Apples wash and peel, remove a core and cut on two equal parts. It isn't necessary to crush apples, it is simple to put in a form for roasting.

3. On a bottom of a form to pour a small amount water and to cover with a foil. Place apples in an oven and bake until until they become soft. Surely you watch that apples didn't burn.

4. Fill in gelatin with water (according to the instruction on packing) and to leave for 10 minutes. 10 minutes later, gelatin needs to be poured in a small pan and to put to cook on weak fire. Cook until gelatin completely isn't dissolved. Remove from a plate and cool.

5. The steamed apples need to be wiped through a sieve or to crush in the blender. Add sugar to puree and mix the mixer.

6. Carefully to wash up eggs. Place proteins in one bowl, yolks in another and to shake up. Add whites to apple puree and shake up. In 5 minutes, mix has to be mutilated in a size and turn white.
