    • 200 гр. lard
    • 2 average bulbs
    • 5 glasses of milk
    • salt
    • black sprinkling pepper
    • dough:
    • 3 glasses of wheat flour
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • 1 glass of water

Instruction

1. We do forcemeat of pork, beef and fat.

2. We clean onions and we pass via the meat grinder.

3. We mix forcemeat, we add milk, salt, pepper.

4. Well we knead forcemeat to homogeneous mass.

5. We cook dough. We add salt and water to a sifted flour and we knead stiffdough.

6. We knead dough to a condition of plasticity.

7. We roll dough in thin layer. Thickness of layer is no more than 3 mm.

8. We do by a glass a form for dumplings, with a diameter of 5.5-6 cm.

9. In the middle of a form a tea spoon we impose forcemeat.

10. We pinch a dumpling in the form of a half moon.

11. We connect half moon corners. The dumpling is ready.

12. We cook ready dumplings in the added some salt boiling water of 10-15 minutes.

13. Give with butter and sour cream.
