Ingredients:
- 1/2 glasses of oat flakes;
- 1 1/2 liters of water;
- 2 potatoes;
- 1 carrots;
- 1 bulb;
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;
Preparation:
In a pan pour in water, add salt and oil, bring to the boil. Peel vegetables, cut potato and onions, grate carrots on an average grater. Add potatoes slices to a pan with the boiling water, you cook 20 minutes. Add onions and carrots, prepare 10 more minutes. Add oat flakes and you hold on a plate until ready about 15 minutes.
