    • 2 tablespoons of flour;
    • 1 teaspoon of salt;
    • 5 teaspoons of nutmeg;
    • 2 segments of garlic;
    • 2 big bulbs;
    • 1 teaspoon of a refiner syrup;
    • ground black pepper;
    • bay leaf.
    • Home-made hamburgers:
    • 900 g of fast beef;
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • salt


1. Beef in beer has very unusual and delicate taste. Cut a loin in medium-sized cubes and roll in them in mix of salt, pepper, flour and ground nutmeg. Mix a half of creamy and vegetable oil in a stewpan, fry a half of meat cubes before formation of a brown crust. Lay out them on a plate, pour out the remained oil in a stewpan and fry the second portion of beef.

2. In the remained oil about 5 minutes brown the onions cut by rings and small cut garlic. Add a refiner syrup and take mix on fire a minute more until sugar turns into caramel.

3. Lay out meat in a stewpan, fill in it with beer, add orange juice, bay leaf and a half of a dried peel. Bring mix to the boil, reduce fire and you stew beef until ready. When meat becomes soft, salt it, add a sprinkling pepper and nutmeg, strew with the remained dried peel. Serve beef in beer with baked or boiled potatoes and a green salad.
