As quickly and tasty to make beef liver

Tasty second course from beef liver. Has spiciness. Light and fast in preparation. It is combined with vegetables and garnishes from grain. It is possible to use as a daily dish and for a holiday table. Diversifies the dietary menu.

Ingredients for 6 portions:

- the beef liver peeled from a film - 700 g;

- egg – 1 piece;

- carrots (average) – 2 pieces;

- rye flour – 4 tablespoons;

- vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;

- fennel (dried) – to taste;

- garlic (ground) – to taste;

- the black pepper (ground) – to taste;

- salt – to taste.

Preparation time of a dish – 40 minutes.

We cut small pieces the beef liver peeled from a film. We grate carrots and we add it to the cut liver.

We season with ground garlic. We pepper and break egg. We add dry fennel. We pour 4 tablespoons of rye flour.

We salt also everything it is carefully mixed to homogeneous mass. In the vegetable oil which is previously warmed in a frying pan we spread the fritters created by hands.

We fry 2-3 minutes on average fire. We overturn. We cover and fry on small fire about 5 minutes. We give to a table with vegetables and greens.
