  • - pan.

Instruction

1. Take a big pan and pour into it sugar, chicory and citric acid (or juice of a fresh lemon). Then pour in water and together well mix everything to full sugar remelting.

2. After that put a pan on a plate, establish average temperature and bring solution to the boil.

3. After boiling at once remove a pan and cool it to a warm state (35 degrees). Now add to solution a yeast powder or pressed which need previously to be chopped small pieces, and well stir. At the same time at will it is possible to put a little mint to impact to drink more saturated relish.

4. As soon as preparatory work is completed, cover a pan, wrap up with a blanket and remove to the warm place for 4 hours.
