  • - 400 grams of meat (pork, beef)

  • - 3 sausages or smoked products
  • - salt

  • - lemon

  • - 20 grams of vegetable oil
  • - 400 grams of pickled cucumbers
  • - 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • - 2 potatoes


1. For a start wash out well meat under flowing water. Cut it in small cubes. Further put it in a pan, fill in with water and put on a plate. Meanwhile, while meat cooks, cut likewise sausages (or sausage, smoked products).

2. When meat is almost ready, throw to it the cut sausage. Literally in 10 minutes after meat with sausage cooks, clean potatoes, cut into cubes and stop cooking.

3. Further take carrots and grate it. Cut into cubes onions. Put a frying pan on the warmed plate and pour in it vegetable oil. Lay out onions, carrots and put to be fried.

4. While onions with carrots are cooked, take pickled cucumbers and grate them. When carrots with onions gained golden color, attach to them also grated cucumbers. They have to be preparing no more than three minutes, only until when they become soft. After as cucumbers will be softened, put to them a tablespoon of tomato paste and fry 1 minute.
