As quickly and tasty to prepare fish

Fish – a great option for a fast dinner. If you bought ready fillet, process of preparation won't take a lot of time. Bake fish on a grill or in an oven or fry it in a frying pan, pick up a suitable garnish – and the useful dish is ready.

It is required to you

  • Steaks from a salmon:
    • 4 steaks from a salmon;
    • 2 paprikas;
    • bunch of fresh spinach;
    • 2 lemons;
    • olive oil for frying;
    • mol;
    • fresh ground black pepper.

    • 700 g of cod fillet;
    • olive oil;
    • 1 big bulb;
    • 5 glasses of milk;
    • 1 paprika;
    • 1 hot red pepper;
    • 400 g of tinned tomatoes;
    • 4 feathers of green onions;
    • 2 segments of garlic;
    • 3 tablespoons of the cut parsley greens;
    • salt;
    • fresh ground black pepper.
    • Pike perch
    • baked in a rural way:
    • 400 g of perch fillet;
    • 2 medium-sized bulbs;
    • 2 carrots of the average size;
    • 1 glass of milk;
    • 1 glass of rice;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 100 g of grated parmesan;
    • olive oil for frying;
    • salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • parsley bunch.

Instruction

1. Very tasty and fast option – salmon dishes. Take 4 ready steaks, dry them a paper towel, salt, pepper and fry in a thick-walled frying pan in previously warmed olive oil. Fish has to blush and get an appetizing crust. Lay out it on the warmed-up plate and place in heat.

2. Wash up paprika, clean it from seeds and cut straws of the average size. Fry in a separate frying pan in a small portion of olive oil. Cut a bunch of spinach and lay out greens to pepper. Stirring slowly, fry them together about 10 minutes.

3. Add salt, a fresh ground black pepper and lemon juice to a frying pan. Mix stewed pepper with spinach, lay out mix on portion plates, from above place steaks. Give with the baked potatoes.

4. If the salmon seems to you too fat, prepare the fast fish stewed in tomato and milk sauce. Wash up and dry a paper towel of cod fillet, cut it in cubes. In a fire-resistant stewpan warm couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cut onions thin rings, chop feathers of green onions, garlic, the Bulgarian and hot pepper.

5. Slightly fry onions in a stewpan, lay out to it green onions, pepper and garlic. You extinguish 2 more minutes. Add tinned tomatoes to mix and continue roasting within five minutes. Pour chopped greens of parsley, salt and pepper.

6. Pour out milk in a stewpan, mix mix and bring it to the boil. Lay out pieces of a cod in sauce, mix a wooden rake and leave to be extinguished for 15 minutes. Don't close a stewpan a cover – liquid has to be evaporated a little, and sauce to thicken. Add salt and pepper. Serve a ready cod with boiled rice and salad from a fresh vegetables.

7. For a nourishing family dinner prepare a pike perch in a rural way with a light Italian accent. Boil rice to semi-readiness, cook carrots and cut it in small cubes. Chop onions rings, fry it in previously warmed olive oil till pale golden color.

8. Cut perch fillet on small pieces, lay out them in a frying pan where onions were cooked and slightly fry fish. Connect rice to carrots and mix.

9. Oil olive a deep fire-resistant form. Lay out a half of rice with carrots, from above place fish with onions and cover it with the second portion of rice. Shake up eggs with milk, add polished parmesan to mix. Fill in with mix rice with fish. Bake a dish in an oven about half an hour. Give on a table directly in shape, having strewed the parsley which is small cut by greens.
