  • - flour - 2 glasses
  • - eggs - 2 pieces.
  • - warm water
  • - olive oil
  • - salt - 1/2 tablespoons
  • - onion – 1 piece.
  • - garlic – 1 head
  • - greens
  • - mushrooms – 200 g
  • - spinach - 300 g
  • - cream (fat) - 1/4 glasses
  • - cheese – 150 g

Instruction

1. Make dough. For this purpose pour out two glasses of flour on a wooden surface so that the hill turned out. Make an opening in the middle of this hill, then break two eggs, salt half of spoons, two tablespoons of water there and knead an elastic elastic dough. Inwrap the received dough in cellophane and leave for half an hour in the fridge.
