Practically any noodles can be bought in supermarket. However some hostesses prefer home-made noodles of store. It is required to time for its preparation not so much, and the taste of home-made noodles surpasses ready pasta. Recipe of an egg house noodle

The following products will be necessary for you: 250 g of wheat flour, 2 eggs, half teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of cold water.

That home-made noodles didn't stick together, spread out it to the surface sprinkled with flour and leave to dry up, at least, for half an hour. Home-made noodles can be added to various soups and salads, to bake with vegetables, mushrooms, meat and seafood and also to give as a separate dish in various sauces.

The recipe of home-made noodles on vegetable oil

The following products will be necessary for you: 300 g of wheat flour, 150 ml of warm water, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, half teaspoon of salt. Shake up egg with warm water, vegetable oil and salt. Sift flour and make a pole in the center of the hill. Pour out the egg which is shaken up with oil in a pole and knead dough. Leave dough for 15-20 minutes, and then roll it in thin layer and cut noodles as it is specified in the previous recipe. Then dry up noodles on a flat surface.

Multi-colored home-made noodles

The following products will be necessary for you: 300 g of flour, 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of cream, half teaspoon of salt. For coloring it is possible to use spices (teaspoon of a turmeric or sweet paprika) and vegetable juices (2 tablespoons of juice of beet, carrots or parsley). To make chocolate noodles, on the specified amount of ingredients 50 g of powder of cocoa are required. With a turmeric noodles turn out bright yellow, with paprika — red, with carrot juice — orange, with beet juice — pink, with parsley juice — green, with cocoa — brown. Stir the chosen spices, a vegetable juice or cocoa in cream. Sift flour, make in it the hill, pour to the hill the shaken-up eggs and cream with dye, add salt and knead dough. Roll thin flat cake from the test, pour it flour, roll and cut strips. Spread out noodles on a flat surface before drying.
