  • 1 bananas, 1 kiwi, 1 orange, 1/2 lemons, 1/2 grapefruits, 1 teaspoon of a ground ginger root, 1 tablespoon of honey.

Instruction

1. Peel banana, a kiwi and cut them on small pieces. Crush them in the blender. Place orange, grapefruit and a lemon in the juice extractor and squeeze out juice.
