Balls from meat of chicken in sauce

Chicken meatballs are a fine dish which can be given as garnished, and without it. Besides such meatballs are simple in preparation and won't involve big costs.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 150 g of onions;
  • - White loaf or long loaf;
  • - milk;
  • - pepper, salt to taste.
  • For preparation of sauce it will be required:
  • - 500 ml of cream of 10.20% of fat content;
  • - 300 g of cheese;
  • - 3 segments of garlic;
  • - greens.

Instruction

1. To wet long loaf or bread in milk. Small to cut onions. Pass fillet via the meat grinder. To mix onions, forcemeat and long loaf carefully and to strew with pepper and salt. From ready forcemeat to roll small balls.

2. To spread a form for frying with oil and to lay in it meatballs. Heat and put an oven in it a form with meatballs for 15 minutes.

3. For preparation of sauce small cut greens and garlic. Grate cheese with small holes, then add cream. Mix cheese, cream and the chopped garlic and greens.

4. Take out a form in which meatballs are cooked, and fill in with sauce. Further put meatballs in an oven again for 20 minutes. Prepare also at a temperature of 180 degrees.
