Baskets with apricot Marshmallows cream

The recipe of small baskets won't leave you indifferent. You can use any stuffing – a condensed milk, jam or fresh berry.

It is required to you

  • - 100 g of margarine;
  • - 165 g of flour;
  • - 1 yolk;
  • - 65 g of icing sugar;
  • - 65 g of nuts;
  • - vanilla extract
  • For a stuffing:
  • - 250 g of apricots in syrup;
  • - 200 g of apricot jam;
  • - 100 g of sugar;
  • - 3 proteins;
  • - 6 g of gelatin;
  • - 60 g of water.

Instruction

1. Fill in gelatin with water for half an hour, and get margarine from the fridge. Put an oven to be warmed up to 200 degrees. Slightly roast the peeled and washed out nuts in a frying pan and crush.

2. Mix margarine of room temperature with icing sugar and a yolk. Add nuts, a sifted flour to mix and replace dough.

3. Roll dough 3 mm thick and put to cool in the fridge. Then lay out dough in molds, having left deepening in the center for a stuffing.

4. Bake small baskets of 12 minutes at 200 degrees. Readiness can be defined we gild in color.

5. Beat the cooled whites and sugar in separate ware. It is necessary to shake up at the highest speed to Point Blancs. Without ceasing to shake up, pour in the gelatin brought to the boil in mix.

6. Fill with the shaken-up cream a pastry bag. Spread an apricot, then jam in deepening of small baskets and from above squeeze out cream from a pastry bag. From above it is possible to strew with confectionery topping.
