Beef in a hussar way

If you want to diversify the table with a new meat dish, make beef in a hussar way. The recipe allows quite easily and from improvised ingredients to prepare very tasty dish which can diversify a festive dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 800 g of beef without bones;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • 100 g of a desi;
  • 2 - 3 bulbs;
  • 2 slices of white loaf;
  • 50 g of cheese;
  • 5 glasses of meat soup.

Preparation:

Before preparation beef needs to be washed out and drenched well with boiled water then to slice equal and to beat off. At the same time you shouldn't forget that from slices in the future it is necessary to curtail tubules therefore you shouldn't do them too thick. Before roasting to add salt and pepper to taste and to lay out on a frying pan with well warmed vegetable oil.  

For preparation of forcemeat to peel white loaf from a crust and to moisten in meat soup or warm water for several minutes. Onions small to cut and drench with boiled water then to add a grated cheese, a desi, spices and bread. Products need to be mixed carefully hands before formation of homogeneous mass.

On the slices of beef roasted from two parties to lay out forcemeat and to curtail tubules. Accurately holding for edges, to shift the received rolls in a deep frying pan or a pan and to water with the juice which remained from frying. If necessary to add hot water or broth and to extinguish a baking plate a cover until ready within 15 - 20 minutes. 

For decoration of the received dish it is better to use a red vegetables and small chopped greens.
