Beef in lemon and mustard marinade in banana sauce

Even usual beef can be made originally. For this purpose it is necessary to pickle it in lemon and mustard marinade, and to give a baking plate sweetish banana sauce.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of beef fillet.
  • For marinade:
  • - juice and a dried peel from a half of a lemon;
  • - on 2 tablespoons of white dry wine, mustard, olive oil;
  • - 0.5 h spoon of a white pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For sauce:
  • - 1 ripe banana;
  • - 150 g of sour cream;
  • - 1 bunch of cilantro;
  • - on 2 tablespoons of orange and lemon juice;
  • - 1 h mustard spoon;
  • - 1/3 h spoon of a curry;
  • - sea salt, mix of pepper.

Instruction

1. Wash out meat, cut it with portion pieces. Mix gratings and juice from a lemon half. Add dry white wine, mustard, olive oil, a white pepper. Salt marinade and fill in with it the prepared beef.

2. Mix meat with marinade, close the container with meat and leave to be pickled within 4-6 hours at the room temperature.

3. Take a form for roasting, in it lay out the kept waiting meat, put in the oven which is warmed up up to the temperature of 180 degrees. Prepare about 20-25 minutes. Thanks to lemon mustard marinade of fillet of beef it will be baked quicker, than usual meat.

4. While meat is baked, you will manage to make sauce. Peel banana, wash out a cilantro bunch, squeeze out on the 2nd tablespoons of juice of orange and a lemon. Mix all components for sauce in the blender to a uniform state.

5. Lay out ready beef on a plate, from above plentifully water with fragrant banana sauce. Cold sauce, meat is obligatory give hot.
