Beef like a Gypsy - a rich dish. Meat is cooked with abundance of spices, red wine and brisket. As a garnish boiled rice, potato or mashed potatoes approaches better.

It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of beef pulp;
  • - 2 carrots, 2 paprikas;
  • - 1 bulb, 1 tomato;
  • - 3 garlic gloves;
  • - 1 glass of red dry wine;
  • - 200 g of cooked smoked brisket;
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - lavrushka, basil, parsley, salt, pepper.

Instruction

1. Cut with small pieces beef, as on goulash. In a deep frying pan warm up olive oil, fry the cut onions to a transparent state. Add meat, fry together, stirring slowly. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2. When meat fluid which was allocated during frying remains a little, begin to pour in wine. Reduce fire to a minimum, you stew meat in wine an hour and a half, adding wine in process of boiling away. From time to time stir slowly meat that it didn't burn.

3. Rub carrot on a large grater, scrape paprika seeds, cut with large pieces together with tomato. Cut with straws smoked and boiled brisket.

4. Through an hour and a half add to a frying pan to meat vegetables and the crushed garlic, mix, you extinguish 30 more minutes. Add brisket, herbs, bay leaf. You can add several spoons of spicy ketchup for sharpness and piquancy. Prepare 15 more minutes.
