The recipe came to us from Hungary. Gentle cutting with mushrooms - an excellent dish for a holiday table.
It is required to you
- - 250 g of salted pork fat;
- - 1 kg of cutting;
- - 300 g of champignons or birch mushrooms;
- - 10 g of paprika;
- - 2 bulbs;
- - 4 g of caraway seeds;
- - salt;
- - 30 g of tomato paste.
Instruction
1. Cut onions and salted pork fat cubes and fry on vegetable oil till golden color. Add tomato paste and spices to a frying pan. Extinguish on slow fire about 5 minutes.
2. Grate cutting with salt and fry from two parties a little. Pour a small amount water into a deep baking tray and put together with meat in an oven. You extinguish until cutting becomes soft. Lay out ready meat on a dish and remove to the warm place.
3. In a frying pan put the mushrooms which are previously sliced, and boil until ready. Then cut meat small pieces and send to a brazier. Once again boil. Mix mushrooms, subfrying and meat.
4. It is possible to serve with boiled or pounded potatoes, pasta or rice meat.
