Steak, as a rule, represents the steak about 3 cm thick which is fried thoroughly on both sides. Preparation of steak from beef doesn't represent any difficulties, it is very simple to prepare it in wine sauce. It is possible to fry meat on any oil.

It is required to you

  • For six portions:
  • - 800 g of beef steak;
  • - glass of red dry wine;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - coarse salt;
  • - black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. Warm a big pig-iron frying pan on big fire. It is possible to take a frying pan grill. Season steaks with pepper and salt.

2. Fry meat from each party at least on 3 minutes - everything depends on extent of pro-frying which you love. Ready lay out steaks on a plate, cover with a foil.

3. Pour red in a dry wine in a frying pan where cooked meat. You extinguish on average fire, from time to time stirring slowly and cleaning ware walls with a wooden spoon - wine has to thicken. On average on it 4-7 minutes leave.

4. Cut a desi into cubes. Remove a frying pan from fire, add oil cubes, constantly stirring slowly. Wait until the previous cube of oil thaws, only after that add following. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Serve beef steaks with wine sauce and some garnish, for example, boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
