Tasty kissel can be made both in the summer from fresh berries, and in the winter from frozen.
It is required to you

- - blender;
- - colander or sieve;
- - gooseberry 3\4 glasses;
- - cherry 3\4 glasses;
- - raspberry 0.5 glasses;
- - strawberry 0.5 glasses;
- - red currant 0.5 glasses;
- - blackcurrant 0.5 glasses;
- - sugar of 5-7 tablespoons;
- - lime of 1 piece;
- - starch of 100 g;
- - cinnamon 0.5 teaspoons;
- For ornament:
- - berries of cherry and currant.
Instruction
1. Touch berries and wash a baking plate with flowing water. Separate a gooseberry, raspberry and currant from branches. At berries of strawberry remove sepals. Get stones from cherry.
2. In a pan pour in 2.5 l of cold water, add sugar and stir. Bring to the boil. In the boiling water lay out a gooseberry and you cook 5 minutes on weak fire. Then add some berry of raspberry, strawberry, currant and cherry. You cook everything together about 10 minutes.
3. Remove a pan from fire and filter contents through a colander or a sieve. Wipe berries through a sieve or shake up the blender to a condition of uniform puree.
4. Take 150 ml of berry broth and cool. Add starch to the cooled broth and stir. Drench a lime with boiled water, dry and wring out juice.
5. Berry broth once again finish boilings. Add cinnamon, juice of a lime and berry puree, you cook mix 2 minutes. Then, stirring slowly, pour in the divorced starch in the boiling broth. Well mix and remove from fire.
