It is required to you

  • - 100 g of oat flakes
  • - 250 ml of yogurt
  • - 50 g of red currant
  • - 50 g of blackberry
  • - 100 g of strawberry
  • - 100 g of icing sugar
  • - ice (at will)

Instruction

1. In separate capacity shake up by means of the mixer yogurt with icing sugar. The product can be used both natural, and usual drinking options.

2. Carefully wash berries with water and slightly dry by means of a napkin or a paper towel. If you use large strawberry, then previously it can be cut in half.

3. Lay out oat flakes on a dry frying pan and fry within several minutes on slow fire. Constantly stirring slowly with preparation, add the made berries.

4. Shift mix from flakes and berries in the blender and carefully crush everything. By means of the mixer shake up ingredients with yogurt. Mass has to turn out homogeneous and slightly air.

5. In the course of preparation at will it is possible to add the crushed ice to smoothie. It is better to serve on a table drink in wide glasses or glasses. It is possible to decorate a dessert with pieces of fresh berries.
