Berry souffle

The light and tasty dessert can become festive delicacy if to use beautiful molds. Please yourself and relatives with unusual sweet.

It is required to you

  • 1 glass red or blackcurrant, 1 glass of cowberry or cranberry, 1 glass of water, half glass of sugar, 1 tablespoon of gelatin, half banks of a condensed milk.

Instruction

1. Wash out berries, touch and remove spoiled. Fill in berries with a half of a glass of water and boil.

2. Wet gelatin in the remained half of a glass of water and leave before swelling.

3. Wipe berries through a sieve. Add granulated sugar to the turned-out puree and well stir.

4. Warm up the bulked-up gelatin on slow fire before full dissolution and connect to berry puree.

5. Put the container with berry puree in the big capacity filled with cold water. After puree cools down, shake up the mixer at an average speed before formation of a stable foam.

6. Pour a thin stream in a condensed milk and once again well shake up.

7. Spread out on molds and leave in the fridge before full hardening.
